1. Remove ALL distractions!
Put your phone on silent, keep your laptop from you! Or vice versa. Electronics are one of the main things that get people to stop working and not start at all even! Put yourself in an area or place that will not distract you.

2. Admit that you've been procrastinating and that you need to get work done!
Seriously, you will NOT get anywhere saying "Oh, it's just a little" or "I can do it later on" NO because you'll keep saying those things until the deadline reaches and you're a panicking, stressed out MESS. And because Lemon cares, I will not let you take a step further towards being a mess. .3.
3. Make it smaller than it is.
You don't need to panic over everything! Make a list of things you need to do, and spread it out throughout the time you have left to do them. If you need to read 10 chapters by tomorrow, start reading like 2 or 1 chapter every hour! That way you don't feel like you have so much to do.
4. Be open AND closed to offers.
If you find a textbook or something that'll aid you, take it. But if your friends are asking you to go to the movies or something, kindly decline. You obviously have no time to do those things if you've been procrastinating.
5. Do not do it at the last minute.
Unless you want to be panicking and freaking out on a deadline or due date, do NOT wait until the last minute. That has got to be the most terrible thing to do. Just do it now and early.
After finishing all your work:
Feel accomplished! Even if it's small. If it's something that you usually don't do or you finally finish something that you've meant to do but never done, feel absolutely great. There's a few things you can do before the NEXT time you procrastinate. Which I hope you don't even have to do.
- Prepare music or anything that helps you.
- Be happy for yourself!
